Tetra Pak hosts 'Innovations in Dairy Processing' seminar

80 dairy industry stalwarts participate for the two-day national level event at Tetra Pak’s Chakan site

With national dairy players clearly focused on maintaining high levels of product quality and increasing productivity and efficiencies, Tetra Pak's global and local team of experts pulled out the stops at their Chakan site, to showcase how Tetra Pak's innovations can help brand owners remain competitive and launch exciting new dairy products.

Chakan is the Indian manufacturing site of Tetra Pak, the world's leading food processing and packaging solutions provider. Being the largest site for Tetra Pak globally, Chakan served as the ideal setting to showcase to India's leading dairies Tetra Pak's full range of end-to-end solutions.

With presenters from Tetra Pak's global and local Processing solutions team, the two-day seminar covered a wide range of topics that presented the future of processing technology in the dairy industry.

The topics included optimising customer plant performance and productivity for milk, paneer (cottage cheese) and skimmed milk; innovations to reduce operational costs and product losses while improving product quality and yields; and, how Tetra Pak can support customers with fully automated plant solutions that drive traceability.
