In a showcase of innovation and partnership, Kennametal India Limited, along with its technology partners GROB Machine Tools India Pvt. Ltd., Renishaw and OPEN MIND, hosted a successful Technology Evening at Pune. The event drew a strong gathering of industry professionals, customers and technology experts keen to explore new developments shaping aerospace, die & mold, and mechanical engineering manufacturing.
The evening opened with insightful presentations from each partner, offering attendees a closer look at next-generation manufacturing technologies and practical solutions for improving productivity, quality and precision. The sessions were followed by an interactive networking segment, where participants exchanged ideas, discussed challenges and explored potential collaborations.

Renishaw demonstrated its industry-leading measurement and probing technologies, emphasising how intelligent integration with GROB machines can automate inspection, minimise downtime and drive higher productivity on the shop floor.
OPEN MIND Technologies presented its powerful hyperMILL CAD/CAM software, highlighting features like MAXX Machining Finishing for faster cycle times, High Precision Mode for superior surface quality, and the Virtual Machine – Digital Twin for safe, NC-code-based simulation.
