Kennametal India will showcase its range of earth cutting tools and wear protection solutions at bauma CONEXPO 2026, being held from September 15 to 18 at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida.
The company will present solutions for road rehabilitation, foundation drilling, surface mining, trenching and micro trenching. It will also showcase its KenCast wear protection technology, aimed at extending the working life of equipment exposed to heavy abrasion.
For road rehabilitation, Kennametal will highlight its Road King range of conical tools, tool holders, pullers and base blocks. The products are designed to deliver consistent cutting performance, longer wear life and fewer tool changes, helping operators improve productivity during demanding roadwork applications.
The foundation drilling portfolio on display will include conical tools, weldable teeth, quick change systems, holders, sleeves and tools for installation and removal. These products are designed for pile boring tools and diaphragm wall cutters and are intended to provide reliable performance across challenging ground conditions.
Solutions for mining and trenching
Kennametal will also showcase its surface miner picks and blocks, including step shank conicals, dedicated surface miner blocks and related accessories. The range is designed to improve penetration and durability when working in abrasive and interbedded ground conditions.
For trenching and micro trenching applications, the company will display conical tools, holders and heavy duty blocks in different shank diameters. These solutions are aimed at precision cutting and longer service life, particularly in utility installation and narrow cut applications.
Another key technology being presented at the exhibition is KenCast, Kennametal's wear protection solution. It combines a highly wear resistant tungsten carbide layer with a steel backing to protect critical equipment components from extreme abrasion. Such protection can help reduce wear and extend the operating life of equipment in demanding environments.
Kennametal's technical team will be present at Booth N77 in Hall 12 during the exhibition. Visitors can discuss specific applications, tooling requirements and equipment performance with the company's experts.
The participation comes as construction, mining and infrastructure companies look for ways to improve equipment productivity while reducing downtime and replacement costs. Tool performance and wear resistance can play an important role in achieving these objectives, particularly in applications involving hard and abrasive materials.
