Scania Commercial Vehicles India Pvt Ltd, a leading commercial vehicles and engines manufacturer, bagged a record order from leading mining company, BGR Mining and Infra Private Limited, Hyderabad for delivering 200 more tippers by the month of April.

After winning the order, Anders Grundströmer, Managing Director, Scania India and Senior Vice President, Scania Group said, "Winning this order is a testimony that our products are industry best.'

In October 2013, Scania Commercial Vehicles had inaugurated its truck manufacturing facility in Narasapura.

Scania has invested around Rs 300 crore in their combined truck and bus manufacturing facility.
