Unimech Signs Deal with Honeywell Aerospace

By Staff Reporter,

Added 27 October 2026

The agreement covers precision components and assemblies for aero-engines and control systems, expanding Unimech’s presence in global aerospace manufacturing.

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Innomech Aerospace Toolings Private Limited, has signed a long-term agreement with Honeywell Aerospace US LLC to manufacture and supply precision components and assemblies for aero-engine and control system applications.

The agreement marks an expansion of Unimech's aerospace manufacturing business. The company already supplies components and assemblies for aerostructures. The new agreement adds precision components for aero-engines and control systems to its portfolio.

These applications require high levels of precision, strict process controls, strong quality checks and reliable deliveries.

The agreement is effective from April 1, 2026, and will remain in force until November 1, 2036, unless extended or terminated under its terms. It provides a framework under which Honeywell Aerospace may place purchase orders or issue statements of work to Innomech from time to time. The agreement does not specify a fixed order value in the disclosure.

The development strengthens Unimech's presence across different areas of aerospace manufacturing, including aero-tooling, aerostructures, aero-engine and control system components, assemblies and complex precision manufacturing solutions.

The company said the agreement is in line with its strategy of building long-term relationships with global aerospace customers through production programmes.
