AMTEX 2017, the 2nd edition of the machine tools exhibition concluded fruitfully after its four-day long affair in Mumbai.

The exhibition, held from April 12th to 15th at Bombay Exhibition Center, Mumbai, showcased a wide array of Machine Tools, Machineries and Allied Products. Experts from length and breadth of the Machine Tool and Manufacturing industry in India and global participants from Japan, China and Taiwan participated in this event.

The total number of exhibitors at the event was 148, which included 29 international exhibitors and 119 domestic exhibitors. More than 8,000 quality visitors attended the show.

Many renowned Industry experts estimated India's manufacturing sector to touch US$ 1 trillion by 2025 and will witness 15% growth in 2017. The Exhibition was inaugurated by Cyril Pereira, Managing Director, Reed Triune Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. Maulik Patel, Business Development-International, Sahajanand Laser Technology ltd and Chandrakant Salunkhe, President of SME Chamber of India, Mumbai were also present.  Various trade bodies and international leaders also graced the inauguration.
