Eaton wins award for Gender Diversity at the Workplace

Its focus on gender diversity and the initiatives implemented at India level well received by the jury at the Zinnov Award 2015

Power management company Eaton has been awarded the Zinnov Award 2015 for ‘Gender Diversity at the Workplace'. Eaton's focus on gender diversity and the initiatives implemented at India level were well received by the jury and scored across parameters such as; key drivers, initiatives, benefits, change mechanism, implementation of specific policies.

Eaton has a well-defined Inclusion and Diversity strategy globally and has implemented robust initiatives to accomplish the Inclusion and Diversity goals. One such initiative has been the launch of Inclusion ERGs (Eaton Resource Groups).

These ERGs are WAVE - Women Adding Value at Eaton and ENGAGE - Eaton Next Generation Achieving Goals and Excelling. WAVE focuses on enhancing Gender Diversity for Women and has active participation from global and India leadership team. Through WAVE, Eaton has launched initiatives for talent attraction, development and retention.
