The flagship 10 kVA and 25 kVA gas gensets from Cooper Corporation are the only EPA-compliant engines of their kind to be exported from India

Cooper Corporation, a globally renowned manufacturer of engines, engine components, and generators, has announced the dispatch of its first major shipment of gas-powered gensets to the United States. This milestone marks the beginning of full-scale exports to the USA, with the company set to export gensets ranging from 5 kVA to 500 kVA, each approved by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The flagship 10 kVA and 25 kVA gas gensets are the only EPA-compliant models of their kind manufactured in India, underscoring Cooper Corporation's engineering prowess and commitment to global environmental standards. The gensets—particularly the 25 kVA model—have already garnered a positive response in the American market.

In parallel, Cooper is also exporting its V-Twin LPG 10 kVA gensets to Japan in partnership with its Japanese collaborator, Sinfonia. This development highlights Cooper's growing international footprint in the clean and reliable power solutions sector.

Farrokh N. Cooper, Chairman and Managing Director of Cooper Corporation Pvt. Ltd., said, "Today marks a historic and proud milestone for Cooper Corporation as we begin large-scale exports of EPA-certified gensets to the United States. This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and compliance with stringent global environmental norms. As pioneers in this space, we take immense pride in dispatching the first of many bulk shipments of 22 kW gensets to the U.S., while also expanding into Japan with our V-Twin LPG 10 kVA gensets in collaboration with Sinfonia.

On the domestic front, our engines have served the Indian Defence Forces for over a decade, including during Operation Sindoor. Additionally, the recent launch of our 50 HP tractor in February 2025 has been met with great enthusiasm. These milestones have been made possible by the dedication of our team, the trust of our partners, and our deep-rooted legacy in Satara. Guided by the visionary ideals of our founder, Sir Dhanjishah B. Cooper, we remain committed to delivering world-class, India-made solutions across the globe."

The company's recent success in the agricultural segment with the launch of its 50 HP tractor in February 2025 has further cemented its position in the domestic market.

Cooper engines have also played a pivotal role in supporting the Indian Armed Forces, notably during Operation Sindoor, where their structural durability and consistent performance under extreme conditions were commended.
