Ongoing safety initiative celebrates three more leaders

As part of an ongoing initiative to spotlight exceptional safety leadership across the business, three more individuals have been recognised for their outstanding contributions to creating safer, smarter workplaces.

Rhys Elliss, Senior Offsider at Ranger Drilling, turned a recent Serious Potential Incident into a proactive safety campaign. After identifying a worn cutting disc before use, Rhys initiated a full inspection of all site discs, removing expired equipment and reinforcing a culture of vigilance and ownership.
