Will also display the Haas F1 car, which is on schedule to make its debut in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, in 2016

Haas Automation will take centre stage at the forthcoming EMO Milano 2015 exhibition, the largest event of its kind in Europe.

Taking place in Milan, Italy on October 5-10, the US-based company will use EMO Milano to exhibit a number of high-performance, competitively priced CNC machine tools, as well as the Haas F1 car, which is on schedule to make its debut in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, in 2016.

Haas machines differentiate themselves from the competition in many ways, not least the high quality, affordable components with which they are built, says a Company statement.

To help convey this message, visitors to the Haas stand at EMO will be able to see inside the machines, seeing for themselves how they work, how they are constructed and their inherent build quality. There are no secrets or hidden surprises when buying a Haas machine - transparency for customers is of paramount importance.

Among the new machines on display will be the Haas UMC-750SS, a Super-Speed version of the company's popular universal five-axis machining centre. The UMC-750SS is a five-axis, 40-taper model equipped with a 15,000 rpm inline direct-drive spindle, a high speed 40+1 tool side-mount tool changer, and Haas Automation's powerful, high speed machining software.

It offers travels of 762 x 508 x 508 mm, 30.5 m/min rapids and an integrated high speed, dual-axis trunnion table.
