Mitsubishi Electric India's Factory Automation and Industrial Division has inaugurated its fifth Factory Automation Centre in Ahmedabad recently. The new FA Centre will provide Factory Automation services to Gujarat.

Over the years, Gujarat has seen a large number of manufacturing companies in need of Factory Automation (FA) products, training, spares and services. Gujarat, which has a robust economy and substantial infrastructure, is aggressively attracting global investments.

The increasing number of manufacturers in different segments and automotive companies are envisioned to stimulate demand for FA products and related services. The Ahmedabad FA Centre will help the ongoing expansion of Mitsubishi Electric's FA business in India providing support in English, Gujarati and Hindi languages.

The Centre will offer FA product training, technical consultation & solutions support to the engineering and maintenance departments of our customers. FA product servicing operations in Gujarat area had been handled by the Pune FA Centre till now, which was established in January 2012.

The Ahmedabad FA Centre is amongst one of the five centres that Mitsubishi Electric now has in India. The newly opened FA Centre is a well-equipped facility with latest learning setups on FA products of Mitsubishi Electric. It also has a capacity of training 10 participants at a time.

Apart from keeping adequate FA stock for emergency support, this FA centre will function as a window for repair of FA products for the customers. The centre will provide faster and higher quality local services than ever before.
