Servotech Power Systems Ltd., a leading manufacturer of EV charging solutions, has been awarded a major project by Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) to supply and install 800 units of DC fast EV chargers at different locations across the country in the next four months.

The state of Delhi has already started the project implementation, which entails providing a number of EV chargers, is estimated to cost Rs 46.2 crore, and will be finished by March 31, 2023. The initiative will cover the whole nation, adding EV charging capability to gas stations in significant Indian cities along the way. 

As part of this project, Servotech will handle the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of DC fast chargers at various locations, including BPCL's retail locations and petrol pumps and fueling stations, as specified by BPCL. To make it simple for owners of electric cars to use the charging network, the project will assist in ensuring the implementation of e-mobility touchpoints that handle transactions, availability, discovery, and navigation.
