SKF India, the leading global supplier of bearings, seals, mechatronics, lubrication systems, and services including technical support, maintenance and reliability services, engineering consulting and training, announced the inauguration of its SKF Solution Factory in the eastern region, in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

This is SKF's third Solution Factory in India, after the main facility in west, in Pune, and the satellite unit in north, in Manesar.

The Jamshedpur facility will serve as another satellite unit and focus on large sized bearing remanufacturing analysis process, manufacturing of customised machined seals for hydraulic cylinders, basic hydraulic cylinder repair and maintenance related training solutions from SKF.

This factory will cater to the customers, primarily focusing on the metals and mining industry in the Eastern part of India with competencies across SKF's technology platforms and specific asset management and maintenance services.
