In order to have better focus to serve its customers in aerospace, the company has decided to make its pertaining division a wholly owned subsidiary of Titan Company Ltd (TCL). The new company will be known as Titan Engineering and Automation Ltd (TEAL).  This change will give the company a better leverage to customer focus and for future expansion both in terms of capacity / capability and move up the value chain.

Additionally, the company will cease its operations at Bengaluru plant from 30th Mar 2017 and subsequently entire operations will shift to its plant at Hosur.
