CSA Group's new 2,500 sq m lab is situated in the Beary's Global Research Triangle (BGRT). The BGRT is the first building to receive the platinum LEED certification from Indian Green Building Council and United States Green Building Council with the highest energy savings of over 54 per cent and water usage reduction of more than 41 per cent. It is a zero discharge building fully dedicated to research and development facilities.
