Godrej & Boyce achieves 80 per cent domestic sourcing

Godrej & Boyce, the flagship company of the Godrej Group, announced that the company sources over 80 per cent of its domestic supply chain. Currently, Godrej & Boyce has partnerships with over 750 domestic suppliers and plans to deepen their engagement with them over the next 3 years.

In addition to expanding its domestic sourcing foothold, G&B is also focused on creating a sustainable, integrated supply chain. The company through its ‘Beyond Sourcing' initiative, plans to advance local suppliers from their basic management development to empowering them with robust productivity and quality systems, culminating in sustainability via Lean and Green Management and ZED (Zero Effect Zero Defect).
