Ceres partners with Nissan for EV applications

After the success of the two-year development project EVRE (Electric Vehicle Range Extender) funded by Innovate UK, the project was a logical addition to Ceres Power's technical and manufacturing readiness for large-scale production of SteelCell® for automobiles. step.

The project will design, build, test and demonstrate a small, rugged SOFC battery pack produced in the UK that will be deployed in Nissan's fuel cell modules, which are suitable for all types of high-efficiency fuels, including biofuels.

Ceres Power CEO Phil Caldwell said: "The latest announcement confirms our strong relationship with Nissan. We have made significant progress in range technology over the past two years.
