Endress+Hauser aims to double India revenue by 2020

The company aims to invest INR 30 Cr in Aurangabad facility expansion

Endress+Hauser a leading Swiss instrumentation and process automation company recently announced that the company is looking to double India revenue to INR 800 Cr by 2020 by undertaking smart cities projects. 

Sajiv Nath, MD, Endress+Hauser (India) said, "Our entire strategy of doubling the revenue by 2020 hinges on water and energy management projects in art cities. We have initiated talks with civic bodies for tie-ups on these projects in the proposed ecological urban spaces. Around 55% of our revenue focus will be on smart cities initiative,"

The company has earlier worked with the water supply department of Pune Municipal Corporation in a project aiming to provide a boost to the water resources and largely address the problem of water shortage in the city.The company has been associated with similar projects in the states of Tamilnadu, Delhi, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala and Uttarpradesh.
