ISHRAE has been promoting the need of Skill development in the HVAC & R sector through various promotional activities. ISHRAE additionally has 190 student chapters in various cities across India and has 7000 student members. Additionally, the student chapters are affiliated to various colleges across the nation. Through its Student chapters ISHRAE has been encouraging student's involvement in pursuing a career in the field of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration.
