QuEST Global has announced the acquisition of Engineering und Design im Fahrzeugbau (EDF) GmbH. This acquisition is a significant move for QuEST Global in its diversification strategy for 2020. This acquisition will strengthen the width and depth of engineering service offering to QuEST's customers in terms of automotive engineering services and domain knowledge.

It will enhance QuEST's capabilities in transportation, and add on to QuEST's existing automotive portfolio. Moreover, it will elp QuEST gain a stronger presence in its core target markets of Western Europe, specifically in Germany.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Munich, Germany, EDF GmbH is a premier automotive engineering services and prototyping company servicing Fortune 500 clients such as BMW, Volkswagen and Daimler.

It offers an integrated range of services including Development & Design, Electronics, Electrics & Software, Prototyping & Small-batch Parts Production, Project Management & Material Control, and System integration.
