To increase its agility by returning to its traditionally lean organisational structure

Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd., the second largest manufacturer of polymer stabilizers in the world, and key global player in the speciality chemicals business announced that it has made changes to its leadership structure to streamline the company moving forward.

The company reports that the changes implemented aim to facilitate faster decisions, simplified processes and enable Songwon to increase its agility by returning to its traditionally lean organisational structure. The Executive Committee will now include six members instead of eight. With this change, Doug Excell, Leader Quality Assurance, Regulatory & Best Practices and Olivier Keiser, Chief Sustainability Officer and Leader Procurement & International Supply left Songwon at the end of March. The company thanks him for his many years of dedication to Songwon. In line with these changes, the responsibility for the business functions has been split between the current members of the Executive Committee.
