Hind Rectifiers net sales up 57.93% at Rs.68.35 crore

Profit After Tax at Rs 5.20 crore vs Profit of Rs 1.32 crore

Hind Rectifiers Limited, a company engaged in designing and manufacturing industrial power electronics and power conversion equipment, announced its Q1FY20 results.

Profit After Tax for the quarter stood at Rs 5.20 Crore as against Profit of Rs 1.32 crore in Q1FY19. Earnings per share (not annualized) for the quarter stood at Rs  3.14. Operating profit (EBITDA) for Q1FY20 was Rs 9.73 crore, as against EBITDA of Rs 4.22 crore in the same period a year ago.

Suramya Nevatia, Chief Executive Officer Hind Rectifiers said, "The first quarter of the fiscal year has been successful with a good performance which is in line with our future plans. As a company, we continue to implement strategies to increase both, our market share and our market size. We will continue our emphasis on R&D to develop world class technology which will lead us towards expanding the business globally and maintaining a quality order book."
