Showcased unique ‘One’ automation platform - SYSMAC at its ‘The Catalyst’ seminar in Pune.

Omron Automation India has strengthened its efforts to expand its business in Maharashtra in this FY. As a part of the endeavour, the company organised its well appreciated B2B seminar - ‘The Catalyst' along with OEM Workshop in the city.

The Catalyst are a series of technical seminars held by the company across the country to educate its customers & industry decision makers on its innovative platform- SYSMAC - the NJ Series - and other solutions in industrial automation for better machines & leaner productions.

Speaking on the occasion, Sameer Gandhi, MD, Omron Automation India said, "The Catalyst seminars are an important part of the business expansion strategy of Omron Automation in India on its unique industrial automation solution - SYSMAC. We have already conducted several of these seminars in Mumbai and Delhi successfully. Maharashtra is the most industrialised state of India and Pune plays an integral role in this by being the premier hub for varied manufacturing facilities such as automotive, engineering, electronics & electrical parts, etc. Owing to this miscellany and the wide scope of work, we find it an ideal destination to reach out to a wider base of OEMs as well as end customers based out of the city and adjoining areas such as Pimpdi Chinchwad, Thane and Suburban Mumbai."

Sysmac (SYStem for Machine Automation Control) is an automation platform with utility in many manufacturing sectors. It denotes ‘true integration' by enabling one machine control through one network and one software. The Catalyst Seminar was attended by around 200 participants comprising of the technical teams of OEMs, end customers and channel partners. "It is our continuous endeavour to keep our automation partners ecosystem informed about the new developments, inimitable innovations and their utilisation. Such kinds of sessions play an important role in not only achieving this but also in portraying our strengths as complete automation partners," added Gandhi.
