At the glittering ceremony of The Machinist Super Shopfloor Awards 2017 Anshul Goel, Managing Director, Duroshox Private Limited was awarded as Super Next Generation Leader 2017.

Goel has taken his company from being a manufacturer of shock absorbers for two wheeler applications for a few Indian customers to become a leading player across a variety of product segments catering to international players. He initially joined the business in 1998.

Then he was away for a couple of years and came back in 2003. After working through the ranks, he took charge as MD in 2009 and since then has been taking the business to new heights. His relentless focus on quality, value addition, diversification and growth is what makes him ‘The Machinist Super Next Generation Leader 2017'.
